SetTitlePage(isTitlePage)
Указывает, имеет ли текущий раздел в этом документе другой верхний и нижний колонтитулы для первой страницы раздела.
Параметры:

| isTitlePage | логический | Если true, то верхний и нижний колонтитулы первой страницы раздела будут отличаться от других страниц того же раздела. |
Возвращает:
- Этот метод не возвращает никаких данных.
